Compotech supplies JACO nut + sleeve (integral or double) fittings suitable for thermoplastic flexible or rigid tubing. Each fitting is supplied with nut already mounted and ready to use.
Our range includes:
- Nylon fittings (for organic solvents, oil, benzene)
- Polypropylene fittings (for acids and weak bases)
- PVDF fittings (for strong acids, aggressive fluids and Ozone)
Double Ferrule Nut (disassembled) Nut integral sleeve (single sleeve) 
  
  

Sizes:
- Inch tubing ( 1/8 to 7/8 OD );
- Metric tubing ( 6 to 22mm OD);
Our fittings have NPT threads, while we can supply GAS threads on specific request.

Working Conditions:
- Pressure: 15 / 20 bar (double ferrule);
- Temperature : 80 C° (PP/ PVDF/Nylon).

PVDF, PP & Nylon JACO fittings: performances

- Fast and easy assembly: nut tightened by hand.

- Inside full bore section (no insert inside the tubing).

- Gripper nut to avoid pull-out also for Teflon tubing.

- Suitable also with rigid tube (Copper / Aluminum).

- Minimum fluid drop pressure, thanks to large effective fluid cross sections.

- Good resistance to mechanical vibrations, due to material elasticity.

- Same material for all wetted parts , to get the best chemical resistance: no seals nor O-rings in other materials.

                 JACO fittings for soft tubings(Silicone ,PVC, Tygon)

            

 

Pvdf fitting insert, suitable for with 6x4 mm silicone tubing. Thank to the insert, it is possible to use still PVDF JACO fitting and avoid the tubing collapse under nut tightening. 

        
                                           Assembling Instructions         

- Cut the tubing squarely, using the hand tool
- For threaded ends  (NPT) male or fem., screw the fitting (use Teflon sealing tape).
-Insert the tubing through the back of the nut up to the tube stop inside the body (see figure).

     

 -

- Tighten by hand (or wrench for higher diam.) the nut  (about   ½ turns) up to  covering male threads on fitting body.

- For use above ambient  temperature, retighten nuts when system reaches operating temperature.
   

Note:  Should  inadvertently the  sleeves pull out of the Nut,  reinsert them as follows:
